My journey into astrophotography began during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many people searching for a new hobby and a sense of purpose during that time, I found myself looking upward. What started as a simple distraction to occupy long evenings soon evolved into a passion for exploring the universe beyond our world.
Astrophotography uniquely combines three things that have always inspired me: science, technology, and discovery. Each image is the result of countless photons traveling across space for hundreds, thousands, or even millions of years before reaching my telescope. Capturing and processing that light allows me to reveal the beauty and complexity of the cosmos in a way that bridges scientific exploration and artistic expression.
My professional background is in Computer Science and Network Engineering, and I have found that many of the skills developed throughout my career translate naturally into astrophotography. From automation and data analysis to imaging systems and remote observatories, I enjoy the technical challenge as much as the final image itself. The process of designing, building, and refining these systems has become an important part of my connection to the night sky.
Through astrophotography, I hope to share not only the beauty of distant galaxies and nebulae, but also a sense of wonder about our place in the universe. Every image is a reminder that we are part of something far larger than ourselves—a universe filled with mystery, discovery, and endless opportunities to explore.
